How to return an item?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return your purchase to us. To be accepted, the item must be returned new, unused, with its original label and packaging.
Include a note with your order number, your address, and the word "exchange" or "refund".

The flocking is peeling
Before returning an item due to peeling flocking, first iron the design with a steam iron, without steam, protecting the design with a thin cloth or parchment paper. Then send us photos via the contact page, with your order number: they help us improve our items.
If the flocking still does not hold, return the item to our headquarters (address above) with your photos and your order number. We will then review your request and, depending on the product, work with you to find the best solution. An exchange is possible depending on the conditions.

Refund
The refund is issued within 14 days to the payment card used for the purchase, after receipt and verification of the return. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Change size
For an exchange, specify in your note that you would like an exchange and indicate the desired size. The exchange depends on available stock.
Damaged item, defective item or order error
Write to us within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact page or at contactlaboutiquedesreves@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the item.
