Checks to perform
- Check your tracking number, received by email at the time of shipping, or your customer account.
- Check that the package hasn't been left in your mailbox, with a neighbor, at a pickup point, or at the post office.
- Allow for standard delivery times: 3 to 5 business days in mainland France, an average of 10 business days for other countries, from the date of shipping.
In the case of a pre-order
A pre-order is shipped on the date indicated on the product page. Delivery times start from this date, not the order date.
